As of August 3rd America Service Repair went LLC. After talking to the accountant it was recommended that we form a LLC. So in a great 24 hour turn around time we were given our LLC certificate by the state. I must say I was impressed I thought it might take a week or more for them to get it approved but thanks to our Secretary Of State here in SC it was done in a prompt manner.
